There's NEVER been a better time to grow a garden! You'll be amazed at how easy it is to get started, and how much healthy and nutritious food you can produce in your own growing areas! In this workshop, I aim to take the participants through all the steps, from locating your growing site (windowsill, terrace, balcony, backyard) and soil preparation to seed selection and basic planting techniques, plus a list of the easiest veggies to grow in our local climate.
The last 30 min will be hands on practice for planting seeds. Soil, pots, compost and seeds will be provided. Participants will take their new plant home!
